Thinking about joining Space Force

lowest rank officers can make around 4k/mo starting

seems like i could start at an o-2 or higher so more income. probably monitor satelites, missiles or ufos or something

and they give you more money for food and housing, like 2-3k/mo for housing and $300 for food.

seems like an interesting change of life

What's your plan to directly commission as an O-2? AFAIK you can only do that as a lawyer or doctor.

As far as I know everyone starts out at O-1. There are no exceptions unless you have a J.D. or M.D.

Could be different for Space Force I guess but be aware these recruiters will lie and give you half-truths.

This is interesting:Members of the Space Force, called Guardians, won't have an annual test. Instead, they will get smart rings or other wearable fitness devices to keep track of their physical activity throughout the year. The devices also will be programmed to give feedback about mental health, balanced eating and sleep.
