Alcohol and sugar doesn't make u fat lmao.

Been stuck at 198lbs-202lbs for the past 2 months now

13 days sober currently

Also quit sugary drinks

I was consuming one of those sugary ass starbucks glassed drinks (large sized)(260 cals) and 1-2 jarritos or mexican cokes a day (150cal per pop)

Diet and workouts are the same

Alcohol and sugar doesn't make u fat srs.

Having more calories than you burn make you gain weight.

You are not a special snowflake that thermodynamics doesn't apply to you.

Complete liquid drinks don't have calories. Liquids just pass thru ur system and straight out ur penor without absorbing much, if any, of the sugars.

Ofc this excludes mushy drinks like milkshakes, smoothies, etc.
