Wouldn't have hurt to cook a little longer but this is an acceptable stopping point as well. Hard to hit "perfect". You're in a comfortable range of very nicely done though. Congrats on your success.

I am not into the whole in cooked beef thing.

Dont give a **** if people insult me. When i eat steak, I dont want it to taste uncooked when I bite into it.

This is maybe right at the limit I would eat it at depending. Looks good but it has to be at least hot.
