Couldn't sleep so came down to rub one out. Was rly craving some vodka but resisted

Haven't had a drink in 6 months crew (medical reasons).

Was hard for a few weeks but now I don't even think about it or care.

yea the cravings are still there but my self control seems to be getting stronger

Yeah you'll be fine. Ill drink again sooner or later, not like i use too though. Ill have 1 or 2 and call it a night. I use to only drink to get drunk- those days are done...
