Depends on how big of a bitch you feel like. I think you should take the rest of the week off.

Open heart surgery, Disabled, Hep C, Dietcel, Low test, NOT an incel

The obvious answer is, it depends how heavy you lift and how much volume you do.
I went a little crazy on Friday and Saturday and have not been back.
I am waiting for the shoulder to feel normal again.

To me, 2 days in a row is max rest. You don’t need more than that if you’re following a good split

2 days is solid, and plenty most of the time, but every now and then there is that extra lethargy where u just don't feel right

I’d still do something even if it’s just some cardio
