Differentiate 'tween being sore from getting railed in the ass and being sore from training.

The obvious answer is, it depends how heavy you lift and how much volume you do.
I went a little crazy on Friday and Saturday and have not been back.
I am waiting for the shoulder to feel normal again.

To me, 2 days in a row is max rest. You don’t need more than that if you’re following a good split
