for the record, i have sparred antbrah whose like 5'5 and he had a good base, went to powerlifting comps.

also, 6'2 175 lb guy at uni. got dropped and then beat him on points for the rest of the round lol

sparred a 6'5'-6'7 guy that I sort of taught the basic boxing techniques. toasted me up good, my contact fell out lol
