Got covid but I've been hitting deadlift PRs

Don't have a fever yet. Just felt like chit all day and deadlifted anyways. Been doing pyramid waves, changing the scheme every few weeks. Hit a new 5rm today on a second wave, 6th set.

Forgot to put bromine in the hot tub so now it's fukkin hazy again. God damnit.

My elderly parents got COVID last week and it only lasted a day or 2. Better hope you don't get that cold going around though, it's brutal and lasts 3 weeks.
