you should take magnesium, it will help you when you poop by promoting bowel motility, so your lower poop factory will do some of the pushing along with your muscle

makes sure you get plenty of fiber and water srs

When I eat more fiber it makes me fart like crazy but my poops aren't better. Instead they clump up into tiny little turds and I have to pass them 3-4 times per day.

that's because you need to get more water

also if you're already constipated fiber will exacerbate the situation
