4/10. Rent in a lot of places is like $1200 minimum

That's about what I earn biweekly after taxes, health insurance, and 401k. Definitely could use more.

So at age 34, you gross under $27K a year in USD (couldn't care less about your beaver bucks). If you work 40h/w, that would be ~$13 an hour.

Not really sure why you posted this.

Keep in mind this is the guy who brags about the acne on his back
Brags about his mouse-faced fiancee
Brags about living with his parents and his mom doing housework for him
Brags about zero gym progress

It's some weird chink chit the rest of the world can't possibly understand

Probably because I'm within one hour of NYC but you'd be hard pressed to find even 1200 as rent anywhere near me. It's gotten so out of control

That's not too bad for a week's work.
When it comes your time to die, be not like those whose hearts are filled with the fear of death, so that when their time comes they weep and pray for a little more time to live their lives over again in a different way. Sing your death song and die like a hero going home.

Pretty whack pay, but since your/your gfs family pay for all your stuff including ur condo, it's plenty for basically pure disposable income.

I can't remember the exact details but his family, or his gfs family bought him the condo. He made a thread about it lol. (I think his family IIRC)

No hate for it, we all get diff opportunities that's life, but kinda weird to flex the condo when it was gifted to you. Make the most of it and be humble.
