Imagine taking steroids, living like a bodybuilder eating chicken veggies and rice, starving yourself, getting a bronze tan, putting on your tightest and shiniest thong, going on a stage for 120 seconds and posing in front of 3 gay judges, and then dying because of it.

This. Seems like bodybuilders die at a disproportionate rate compared to other strength athletes. Obviously PEDs aren't healthy but you know powerlifters and strongmen push the gear just as hard... Just don't hear about them dying as regularly as bodybuilders. I imagine the high blood pressure from gear + stimulants to suppress appetite + the dehydration from the diuretics is a death combo.
