Well...... You gotta be careful nowadays, who knows, he MIGHT get in trouble for that. He became an active resistor, then a passive one. Anyway, it looks like there's three cops on scene, and the one other cop is just standing three, while the female is getting consoled by some civilian???

That black cop pulled the colored fellas pants down and fukking mogged him lmfao. 100% justified. Dude kept resisting and refused to keep his hands behind his back.

Respect ++ for the black cop.

Whats with that 3rd cop just walking back and forth between the female cop and black cop? He should have been assisting in apprehending the suspect.

Way too many cops shouldnt be cops. Now more than ever. A bunch of clueless pussies that can't handle conflict are cops now.

Glad I'm out of this line of work. Srs. Respect to the black cop for giving the chitbag the business though.

Incorrect. Passive resisting isnt pulling your hands in front of you while being handcuffed.

Everything here was justified and the cop is 100% in the clear. Use of force was spot on.

Pulling your hands in front of you while a cop attempting to handcuff you is not PASSIVE resistence. You're arguing with someone who was a cop until post-pandemic. I know the use of force guidelines.

Hes ACTIVELY resisting arrest after committing a felony. If you commit aggravated battery on a leo (felony) and then actively resist arrest by another leo, they are 100% justified in punching you in the face until you stop resisting.

Brb punching a cop in the face causing her to bleed and look concussed. Brb actively resisting being handcuffed after that.

Youre an active cop and you call what he was doing "passive resistence"?

I guess your academy was a joke. Or your agency is a joke. Whichever one.

At one point the suspect pulled his hands in front of his body while one of his wrists was cuffed. And the suspect could have used the handcuff as a weapon at that point too.

Explain how in the fukk you consider any of that passive?
