most top female athletes in any sport historically have developed deep voices, manly figures, mustache, body hair, Thick jaw, terrible acne prone skin, hair loss, and then of course die from a heart attack, Florence Joyner is a classic example, it’s quite possible that this athlete took so many steroids that it can’t be even distinguished from a man anymore lol
