I mean, 2 months is impressive. Are you someone with absolutely no self control with drinking?

This time of year is boring as absolute hell, and if I didn't have training in the morning I would 100% be drinking and/or doing some Pepsi tonight.

Survival. When the jungle tears itself down and builds itself into something new. Guys like you and me, we end up dead. Doesn’t really mean anything. Or, if we happen to live through it, well that doesn’t mean anything either.

I think this is one of the worst places to ask advice srs but I say don't do it.
Even you saying "nobody would know" means you're not able to just have a couple drinks or make it 1 or 2 nights a week.

good luck boyo srs

Damn. I've been on vacation this week and have drank every day since last friday. I'm about to have 4 shots of vodka right now and finish this bottle and become a sober person.

If you legit had a problem before, don't do it. You'll probably wake up in the morning being thankful that you didn't.
I did not have sexual relations with that woman, Miss Lewinsky. I never told anybody to lie, not a single time; never. These allegations are false. And I need to go back to work for the American people. Thank you.

brah i know it's hard.

using the word relapse to talk about drinking again is a red flag.

drinking should be fun, celebratory, ritualistic in moderation, something to start a meal, something to end a meal, something to toast with

but like it's so easy to get carried away. i get it. i wish i had better words for you. sometimes i think i should stop cold turkey. i have before.

Apparently "relapse" doesn't mean what it used to around here.

Coming up on a year sober. If you can stick with it for 3 months that feeling goes away a bit. I'd say around 6 months is when I really stopped looking forward to my next drink. No one would ever know but you'd have to start all over again, which sucks cause then you'll just say fuk it for a few months. Hard to stick with it when you don't have a meaningful sober streak going. Might as well get ahead, 2 months is a good starting point.
Do not think that what is hard for you to master is humanly impossible; and if it is humanly possible, consider it to be within your reach.
