New rumor THIS is what the NGAD Fighter actually looks like.
If true would be lulzy. We'd basically be admitting we ripped off crashed aliens.
Rumor is that the "delay" in production the pentagon announced was actually a reconsideration of whether they want to reveal this to the public and give away the game on the aliens.

They're just doing this so that the next time someone sees/records a real alien UFO they can point to this and say its not a real alien UFO
