PSMF meal plan (does this sound good?) - 4 weeks
2 meals,
5 hr eating window
Meal 1 (Brunch): Salmon or Tuna or Chicken salad (alternate/week) on lettuce wraps, with eggs and avocados
Meal 2 (Dinner): Ground turkey or lean meat and veggies. I like ground turkey skillet with bell peppers/Fajita veggies + spice
Snack in between (if hungry): unsalted whole nuts you have to dhusk..this is addicting act
Calmax: 1200

Sounds fine as long as you're getting 1+ gram of protein per lb of bodyweight. I would personally go a bit higher on PSMF. Make sure you keep lifting as well. May want to drop volume a bit but otherwise should be fine.
