How long do you take to shower and what do you do during it?exclude fapping

It takes me about 3 minutes. I shampoo my hair twice, then use a loofah to wash my armpits, between my toes, behind my ears, and other areas like the inner thighs and groin.

No idea-shampoo, soap clean my bum, shower gel the rest of me, foreskin spray system cleansing & if needed a shave.

heheheh... the thing is ..i squeeze the loofah to make it more flexible, then shape it into a tube to fit between my toes. this creates an easy way to exfoliate the skin in that area.

I put soap on a washcloth for my face and then use soap on a loofah for the rest of my body. I usually hit butt, armpit and groin areas 3 or 4 times. It takes me about 5 minutes if I don't shave my head while I'm in there about 7 or 8 if I do. I can do it quicker but I like taking my time showering before bed

Typically do a saline nasal rinse. Then trim beard. Then hop in shower and wash face and head. Then shave head. Then wash rest of body. Then if I need to trim finger/toe nails I do it then.

15-20 minutes.
