One bad habit/addiction leads to another.

"How you do one thing is how you do everything." - Confucius

Day 20 sober now
Day 6 no energy drink
Been barely watching porn/fapping
Gaming addiction gone
Don't crave chit foods anymore
Regularly go on 16-24 hour fasts

If you are struggling with addictions in life, work on attacking the most problematic addiction first. Be honest with yourself. You know what it is. It was drinking for me.

As a ****** forum I believe we should follow the middle way

Besides I doubt you have it in you to go full ascetic, and the Confucius quote can still apply to the middle way.

It's not easy being green, but now you are. Keep it up.

Good job on 20 days but keep things in perspective. Years of addiction doesn't disappear in 3 weeks. Keep at it.

Ah I see. Doesn't sound like you are addicted to alcohol tbh if you can just stop and start. Good job bro.

If I took a sip id drink myself into alcohol poisoning and jail repeated forever until I die. I don't think I could stop again if I started. Chit was too much work, it's easier to just stay sober for me lol.
