Assume you like history,museums, arts, and non-racist people (to Indians) as well has good photography spot.
Time: fall/head end of winter.

i dunno. I'd say Tampa. not expensive has everything you'd want. a short drive to beaches. lots of wildlife. went running on a trail once and there was a very large alligator laying across the trail soaking up the sun. it was kinda cool. it was about 8ft long.

DC likes people from India so you book a trip to DC and you stay in a city near a metro train line in Virginia or Maryland.
Do your research, living in DC is expensive but visiting does not have to be.

Why not go to an all inclusive resort in Mexico? I assume your cancucks loonies and toonies are stronger than the Mexican peso
