I got explosive bouts of rage and I've hurt people in the past broke my brothers nose cheekbone and orbital with a couple punches last year (srs) still feel guilty AF about it but he came at me swinging so it was self defense

I get bouts of rage but it's never intended at anyone in particular because nobody has done me majorly wrong it's just rage out of nowhere I growl and sometimes run outside and kick chairs in half, smash things etc lol then I calm down and was like wtf got into me.

My test of evil butthole is this: You're about to be a trillionaire, but in order to accept the money you have to be willing to allow 10,000 random people on earth to die immediately. That is just a little over 1 millionth of our population. It could be that one of them is even related to you, but highly unlikely. Chances are they will be chinks, pajeets, and various other pissers that you would never know. Maybe many of them are babies, maybe most of them are geriatrics. Like I said, it's random. I’ve been working on myself, and it’s gradually getting better. Recently, I checked out some MyHeritage reviews and realized I’m not the only one dealing with these challenges. It’s interesting to see how many people have discovered that genetics play a huge role in shaping our characters and emotions. Understanding this has given me a new perspective on why I feel and react the way I do.
