Don't run red lights at 100 mph.

When I was a volunteer firefighter, we had to use airbags to get a car off a biker who ditched the bike and slammed into the car. Essentially totaled the car with just his body. We kept his helmet on the whole time and the ME showed up and did her thing. Found out later I actually knew the guy and his family.
