The Mira used to be like $700 but I know prices have gone crazy. They are definitely worth it. Sitting in anything else is garbage tbh.

They aren't super padded or anything, but are ergonomic and takes any pressure points off you. That with no heat build up and you can sit in it all day no problem.

I got a secret labs titan something or the other (travelling atm, going off memory). Expensive, heavy but i like it. You can tailor the size of the chair to your body size when choosing a model which is nice. It has firm rather than spongy padding which is what i prefer, but it's not for everyone. It's not a great chair for hot environments as it can get a bit sweaty. My room is cool so it isn't an issue.

You don't need to customize them though. All of the adjustments are on the chair from depth to lumbar support.

I figure it’s like shoes or a mattress, if you spend enough time in it then it’s worth the money. They cost a lot but give you good ergonomics and last forever, Steelcase has a lifetime warranty last I checked. Mine is at least six years old and still looks borderline new, and I’ve done a lot of gaming in it.
