I hear nothing buy bad things about pasta so my sides are usually rice, sweet potatoes, and vegetables.
I've recently discovered chickpea pasta. Good amount of protein, more fiber, and less carbs

I have a bunch of boxes in my pantry. It's pretty good, I've enjoyed it.
One thing that makes it better.... Cook the pasta pretty al dente, then toss the still kinda firm noodles into the sauce to finish cooking them. Works a lot better this way to cook the sauce into the noodles.
