TexMex & Chinese American Cuisine are UnderRated and UnderAppreciated

nothing worse than "that's not authentic" Food Snobs HATING on some Classic Americana DIVERSITY is our STRENGTH Fusion Food!

CRUNCHY TACOS, Classic SAUCY Nachos, GeneralTso/Sesame Chicken and EggRolls deserve more respect for their power to SATISFY!

also the Crunch Roll and California Roll are generally more FLAVORFULLY satisfying than the classic Tuna/Salmon Roll.

crunch-roll = some form of tempura or "crunch" usually with some sweet unagi sauce

weren't Pizza and Burritos Created in USA anyway?

seems like a lot of "Authentic" foods seem to have their roots in USA? I doubt there was a lot of Innovation in Chinese-Chinese Cuisine until they started realizing what ChineseAMERICANS were doing in the USA and then started culturally appropriating some of those culinary innovations

just look at Japan, the most SATISFYING dishes are "Yoshoku"(WesternStyle Japanese Food)

Japan creates "Yoshoku" & Food Snobs patronize how delicious it is

America creates CrunchyTacos, Nachos, General Tso's Chickn, and California/CrunchRolls and Food Snobs annoy with "that's not authentic"

America was really weak when it came to European Cake/Pastries….it's only with the recent Cafe Culture renaissance that we are seeing some much needed improvement in that culinary weakness
