Gentleman in Question is a SMARTsized elfish structured 5'5"

what would you consider to be reasonable work-out weight poundages for each lift?

500 deadlift, 405 squat, 275 bench for 8 each minimum. If less keep bulking. If 5'5 bulk to 6' at least.

do those poundages require special supplements to perform?

I've seen 140lbs manlets bench 225 for reps.

Tough but fair standard. Does this apply to people that aren't 5'5" like op was asking?
