Are you standing up for and exercising your rights by refusing to show your receipt?

The 4th Amendment:

"The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized."

Once you pay for it, it becomes your property

They have no probable cause to ask for your receipt and/or to check inside your bag for the item you just purchased

They'd have to articulate reasonable suspicion and get a warrant to do so

Potentially opens them up to a lawsuit for depriving you of your civil rights if they so much as even ask to see your receipt because their reasonable suspicion in doing so is that you're stealing when you actually paid for it
Smugness intensifies

OP why are you not enjoying some COURT WON LOTTERY with your brilliant idea? Isn't that how they ELITES do it? One thing I discovered in my investing endeavor is how the ELITES are always suing each-other, companies always battling in the courts, and I think that villain StormyDon TrumpStein also made some coin in da Courts?

funny how the "aspiring elites" WageSLAVES will CHEER the RICH and show contempt for any LOWerClass peasant who has the SMARTS to take a share of the Corporate WelFare PROFITS by gaining a VICTORY in the CAPITALIST COURTS and improving her LOWborn situation

I used to think liie that but realized that I need to choose my battles>

I liei walmart and go there al the time so pretty much recognize a lot of the workers.

just give them a break. they really arent looking at anything, they are just giving the impression of security.

Its like when you go to a concert and that old lady looks in your backpack with a drumstick. You could have a brick of c4 and det cord is you wanted and she wouldn't have any idea what she is looking at. It just gives the appearance of security which actually goes a long way to preventing some attacks.

Oh you'll show your receipt, rabbi. Like it's your documentation and we're in 1939.

I made my purchase. They have their cameras EVERYWHERE. So if you want to do this, lets do this.

Except Costco and other places where you have a membership where you are agreeing to it.
