"if you are able to go to the doctor you are able to go to work"

Something tells me this won't hold up well to scrutiny. People dying from terminal illness can still see the doctor. Does that mean their illnesses aren't severe?

That's gotta be fake or from some other country. An employer would get the chit sued out of them with those policies.

This.

and according to that image they don't even get Thanksgiving off. If that list is real that is a humongous load of bullchit and the primary reason (and completely understandable) why someone working at the job would "quietly quit" by doing the bare minimum while spending their free time looking for another job.

At my current job, I got written up once for calling out sick once per month. Should I quit? srs

No.

If you really have to take the day off because you're sick (or even for a mental day), take the day off. If they don't like it, then too bad. Keep doing your thing, but don't quit. Let them fire you instead, so you can quality for unemployment. If you start seeing writing on the wall (that they're trying to get rid of you) start updating your resume and applying to jobs. You don't owe your current employer anything. They don't care about you, and even if you were a "perfect" employee they'd still lay you off at the drop of a hat if it would help their profits.
