Day 28 sober.

Had my first good sleep since going sober. 27 days of poor sleep was brootal.

Still haven't lost a single lb all month. But I did eat a chit ton of cookies all week to cope with being sober (4 packs of 18 = 72 cookies brootal)

Zero cravings for alcohol now. Actually think I might throw up if I decided to take a sip.

Relapsed on my energy drink streak but das aight since i'm going to be super busy with work the rest of the year. I'll focus on eliminating this next year.

++ Sniff hard as fuk when a girl walks by to smell her vag crew ++

I've been taking a selfie everyday and I look 5+ years younger

Hair becoming thiccer and shiny again

Feel better in the morning even tho I never rly got hangovers when rinsemaxxing
