Is it just me or had chickfila gone downhill

Chicken is rubbery and fake and ghey

Employees are rude and have attitudes

Waffle fries are bad

Anyone else notice this?

Earlier this year, they announced they would stop serving antibiotic/hormone free chicken and there was an immediate drop in quality.

I haven't noticed a change in the quality of the fries or drive-thru service, but I have noticed a drop on quality of their sandwiches.

I stay away from all fast food, and have been for a long time now. Id expect the quality to continue dropping and the price to keep skyrocketing for years to come. Probably forever

I swear their sandwiches are so small now. The little basket of fries is so tiny too. They kept raising their prices too, it's like 10 dollars for a chicken sandwich that you can eat in 3 bites, and a basket of fries about the size of your fist

I'm a grown man, not an 8 year old girl. I need more food than that

Haven't been back there in a while, but last time I was there it didn't taste good enough to justify the wait time.


Chic-fil-A going down hill, chipotle has been going down hill, subway definitely going down hill, del taco going down hill as well.

Their fries are always soggy.

Something in their chicken has definitely changed in the last 2 years.

Their buns now taste like they baked a bunch of straight up preservatives and added flour just for flavor, no other bread I've had has this flavor

Wouldn't mind it if it didn't cost as much it does now. Used to live off 2 mcdoubles and 2 mcchickens for $5, wasn't sure wtf was in em but they were cheap and not terrible macros

These days a whole meal is averaging like $15, that's a fukking steak dinner

I haven't noticed, but it could vary depending on location. There is a Chick-fil-A near my work and its always top notch. Never fails.

There is another Chick-Fil-A in a mall food court not too far from my house and that one is always trash. Soggy sandwiches and fries, but its not recent. Its always been this way.
