Walked and ran the same distance today
and according to my apple watch, I burned 2 more calories running 1.9 miles vs walking 1.9 miles. da fuk, is this accurate? I get the time savings from running but if I'm going to burn basically the same calories walking vs running then I may cut down on how much I run.

I need to start running again man.
During the law enforcement academy I could run 3.5 miles several times a week and I got my 1.5 mile time down to around 11 mins 30 seconds while being pretty muscular. I was in great shape.
Now I dont even know if I could run 1.5 miles without a break lol
