Am I on right track with diet?
Brunch:
Salmon or chicken salad, sometimes large salmon fish only
Dinner:
Turkey skillet with bell peppers, few eggs for making up caloric and protein difference
Thinking of continuing this religiously until Christmas to see how things go.
