Rate supper

Started making what’s called smash burgers . They’re thin ,like 1/2” so I double them up .
Not sure which ingredients you guys use in your burgers,but I add some teriyaki sauce , Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder , steak seasoning salt , and dice some onions and throw them in the mix .
I put spices BBQ sauce on one patty after I flip, and marble cheese on the other .
They’re difficult to get as they’re typically sold out , but I use the cheese buns at Super Store if there are any available .
