i'm 198lbs down from 220lb peak

checking my old pics of my early 20s and my face was puffy even at 165lb bodyweight lmao

maybe i lost the baby fat now and can get away with 160-170lbs?

but u look at all the handsome actors and they are skinny AF twinks even at an older age

yea fuk it i'm cutting down to 150lbs
