How do you keep yourself from having has or pooping while flying?

Do you prep by not eating anything so you don't poop anything?
Do you drink only liquid meals leading up to your flight so you don't poop?


Literally every single time I travelled I had gas and stomach pain.

If it's a quick flight, like 3 hrs or less I don't eat or drink anything.

If it's a long flight, like a 5+ hours I eat and drink everything...but I've never had any issue. If I did I wouldn't care because I fly up front and everyone eventually goes to sleep so i can take time in the bathroom with no problem.

Avoid greasy and fried foods.

Also, get a travel bidet. My fear of pooping in public is gone now.

Imagine paying for first class, only to be forced to hear and smell someone maxing out that toilet.

I had food poisoning diarrhea every 20 minutes srs and had to fly with it. No food all day and only ate pepto bismol every couple hours. Had mean chits on my layover but at least not on the plane.

I've worked on a better diet last few years and got the 5 minute 1 wipe chit down. One quick chit in the morning before I leave for the airport and I'm good the rest of the day. Avoid the greasy and fried stuff or at least look through restaurant menu for "safe" foods you ate before that won't make you go right after.

I dont eat before the flight. If I been having runny ****s before the flight i will take an anti diarrhea pill.

I can do OMAD with no problems so doesnt bother me. I drink lots of water though.


Last flight i peed in the sink for my own amusement.

wake up early before flight
drink 2 full glasses of water (8oz)

I don't mind pissing on airplanes, because it gives me an excuse to go to the bathroom and hit the vape a couple times.

I don't believe I've taken a chit on an airplane ever. Maybe managed to push out a little nugget.

still had random bad gas so it made no diff. Would have suffered either way I suppose. Small ass bathrooms too

Those are the worst. Not sure if altitude has anything to do with this. No matter what you eat or even just fast, you still get bad gas when flying for some reason
