Day 31 sober.

Glad I quit before turning 30, though it would've been nice if I never started in the first place

As my face is starting to clear up and restore glow, i'm quite surprised I haven't aged much since my early-mid 20s

Wish I would've kept a somewhat humane diet and kept myself at a reasonable bodyweight
