femaloid makes a good point. Last girl asked me out didn't care what we did. didn't care to go out and spend money extravagantly.

same girls who make guy spend $$$ on dates are fuking the Chad in their condo complex for free after those dates. srsly.

Men still do that stuff for first dates? You know nothing about them, owe them nothing in any way, and you drop $100 to buy them dinner?

This isn't the 50s. Men are so fukking dumb these days it is shocking.

Depends. If you're taking a good quality girl out on a date, I think it's worth spending some money to get to know that person. Now, if you're just trying to get your rocks off and you know the girl is known to be a hoor, then I get where you're coming from.

Of course if you're taking out someone you know or actually share the same values, then it makes sense. These days though that's maybe 1% of them. Most guys are on dating apps, getting numbers at bars/clubs or IG... and all these chicks are going on dates with multiple guys. It's not like these chicks are from your local church you have some relationship with or you met and connected with at a friends party.

Dating apps have ruined the idea of dating for a long long time.

I know a guy (he's ugly) who REGULARLY drops $100+ on dates. one time (I still think about it and laugh when I drive by this steakhouse), some date said it was her DREAM to eat at this steakhouse (roughly $150 with drinks per person).

He took her there and then afterwards she said that the primo food made her feel ill and asked him to drop her off at home. Completely unbelievable that this restaurant is serving non-fresh food, however he believed it. I laughed when I heard it.

the real joke is none of his women are conventionally-attractive. he calls plain janes "so hot!" which also makes me laugh.
