Concussion symptoms

Can anyone help me with concussion symptoms.

I was playing soccer yesterday and got shoulder checked pretty hard (didn't see it coming)). I immediately felt dizzy and fell to my knees and had to be helped off the pitch and driven home.

(Guy who did it is lucky because once the dizziness wore off I wanted to beat his ass). Anyway today I woke and feel very groggy, headache and slightly nauseous. Should I avoid training or will some exercise help?

He bumped you with his shoulder and gave you a concussion. You’re not beating anyone’s ass. Especially his.

You can easily get a concussion from that.

The last thing you should be doing is training.

I had has multiple concussions…. the last one forcing me to retire early.

Still cant climb a ladder because of equilibrium problems.

How many concussions has someone like nate diaz had?

We're not all the same. I've taken blows to the skull and accidents that would've killed most people. I'm like a zombie, barely human.

That's kinda gay, did they have to tuck you in and give you your binky too?

BTW I mean tuck you in, in more ways than one.

Men with micropenises are 1700% more likely to receive concussions.

if you're still dizzy, dont do anything strenuous.

You can retrain your brain to lose the dizziness (do these 5-6 times per day). If it makes you dizzy, dont push yourself, it should only make you 7/10 dizzy max.

The police officer was just walking past with his baton secured on his hip belt when he accidentally bopped Explosivemidget on his tiny little manlet head lol.

I've had a few stingers like that playing soccer. Just take it east for a few days and make note of your symptoms. If anything gets worse like sensitivity to light, headaches, disoriented, etc then you have a concussion. Probably just a grade 1 concussion though.

Don't ever let me see you speaking about immigrants again seeing as though you're on the same level as them. Do you think I went and achieved first class honours in two degrees to fund you sitting at home on your little manlet arse miscing all day?

Get it looked at. It should resolve within 10-14 days. However, some people suffer complications that can cause pretty severe long lasting complications. In our youth leagues we have athletes tested to get baseline brain function. Then, if they suffer an issue they can have their cognitive functions checked against their baseline and all coaches need to get certified in handling potential concussions.
