watching spartacus makes me want to train 8-10 hours a day

i mean look at those guys. 4-5 hours every morning 4-5 hours every evening

also only eat bread and stew

The actors only trained a few hours a day for like 3-6 months to build the physiques for those roles...

Stories about how warriors trained back then was unreal. A lot were selected as children and would train all day every day just drilling.

Here is the thing about even the most elite warriors today. Yes, often in the initial stages such as BUDS for the SEALS, there is a lot of physical strength training, however a lot more mental strength.
