my choice was always limited to the biggest one I could find, back years ago when I had to wear them Magnum XL was the best I could do, nowadays there’s a brand of custom size condoms called MyOne and if I ever had to start using them again I would use their biggest size, I ordered some to try for lulz back when I first heard of them and was the first one I ever tried on that seemed to actually fit me like they’re supposed to
