So he's 28, the girls are 18-22 (could be older if grad students, late arrivals, etc) and somehow he's a predator? I can see an issue if he's an instructor using that position to coerce girls in his classes, but otherwise the girls are free to just say no.

Must be the ugly girls that he doesn't want complaining.

As a 28 year old that did the same thing, the younger generation definitely thinks its creepy. This is obviously different than back in the days. The zoomer generation zedd generation doesn't go for the same social rules as previous generations. And with that being said, after the age of 25 if you maintain good looks and decent weight its easier to pick up college aged women than it is when you are 19-22.
