What if the Vince McMahon thing is just a work?
Maybe they are just trying to turn him heel so they can bring back The Authority?

What is the state of the union at AEW these days? Down the chitter?
They lost Cody, Jade and Punk....The 3 biggest stars and now I've been hearing rumors MJF is leaving.

Is he leaving? Why isn't MJF on TV or the top guy anymore?

I don't really watch, but I'll flip the channel on every so often and every time I watch its a bunch of nobodies fighting the little skateboard kid and old man Sting.

Is Edge still there? Is this all they have left?

Even the arena's look somewhat empty. Is this the result of TK putting the wrestlers in charge?

I stopped watching because of the no selling and horrible story lines and too many twinks, I lost interest.

Who are the top dawgs now? Dean Ambrose?

Why Does Alestair Black Refuse to Job?
I clicked on an article about 2 AEW stars wanting to jump to WWE.

One was Alestair, another was someone I dont know.

Anyway, the article states Alestair refuse to job. I dont watch AEW, but WTF? Is this true? Even the top stars who are known to do politics backstage job now and then.

Is he a big name now in AEW?

Brock Lesnar is an all time top 10 WWE wrestler? Agreed?
10 or 15 years I would not be asking this question, but now I am...would you list him in your all time top 10 WWE wrestlers? I would rank him at no.9....

Ministry of Darkness was one of the best, but underrated Undertaker personas

To the point I'm shocked that WWE let the Deadman persona run as long as it did in the modern era. Deadman persona is boring as fuk, and it was cool for the first few times to teaste and bring him in, but the ministry taker was always far more superior. His ministry gimmick was also at the time when he was at his physical peak.

After the American Badass/Big Evil gimmick ... Ministry taker is easily the best.

Deadman being the worst - By that it was still an incredible persona, but his other stuff was far better imo.

Remember I said Roman's cancer was a work & you all told me Vince wouldn't do that?
Well. That was approximately the same time Vince was forcing random employees to send Brock Lesnar pee tapes, and ordering them to get gang banged by producers.

Anyone care to reconsider if the crazy person in charge might have taken a break between rape attempts to fake the cancer plot?

The Rock appointed to TKO group board of directors
"The Rock" is going to need some new custom business suits for his well-muscled, 6-foot-5 frame.

Dwayne Johnson, the Hollywood actor, former WWE star and most followed American man on social media platforms in the world, was appointed Tuesday to the board of directors of TKO Group, the publicly traded company consisting of the UFC and WWE.

Johnson is one of the most well-known wrestlers to ever come out of WWE, winning the promotion's championship eight times.

In addition to his appointment, Johnson, 51, has been granted full ownership of "The Rock" trademark, which had been previously owned by WWE. And Johnson has signed a new services and merchandising agreement with WWE "that provides for his promotional, licensing, and other services," per a release.

"Being on the TKO Board of Directors, and taking full ownership of my name, 'The Rock,' is not only unprecedented, but incredibly inspiring as my crazy life is coming full circle," Johnson said in a statement. "At my core, I'm a builder who builds for and serves the people, and [TKO CEO] Ari [Emanuel] is building something truly game-changing.

"I'm very motivated to help continue to globally expand our TKO, WWE, and UFC businesses as the worldwide leaders in sports and entertainment -- while proudly representing so many phenomenal athletes and performers who show up every day putting in the hard work with their own two hands to make their dreams come true and deliver for our audiences. I've been there, I'm still there and this is for them."

Earlier this month, Johnson teased a potential match with his cousin, WWE universal champion Roman Reigns, in an appearance on WWE Raw. The match could happen at WrestleMania 40 in April. If that comes to fruition, it would be Johnson's first proper wrestling match since 2013.

Since his time in WWE, he's been busy, whether it be with his TV and film studio Seven Bucks Productions or Teremana Tequila or Zoa Energy or Project Rock, the Under Armour apparel line that has a deal with the UFC for fighters' fight-week footwear. Johnson is also a partner in the recently merged United Football League.

Despite all of his ventures, Johnson has stayed connected to TKO's properties. He will star as MMA legend and UFC veteran Mark Kerr in an upcoming movie and he is a huge, vocal fan of the UFC. Johnson is a longtime friend of WWE president Nick Khan. Nahnatchka Khan, Nick's sister, was the creator and executive producer of Johnson's show "Young Rock."

"Very few people on the planet understand the convergence of sports, entertainment, media, and business like 'Rock,'" TKO executive chairman Vince McMahon said in a statement. "We are proud to have him join the TKO board to help take our company to new heights."

1998-2002 were some of the GOATEST moments for tag team wrestling
Hardy Boys
Dudley Boys
Brothers of Destruction
Degeneration X
Billy and Chuck
Edge and Christian
Mankind/Rock
Edge and Christian
Too Cool
APA
Right to Censor

Plus with great matches like tlc/ladder etc.

There were so many amazing tag teams/factions you knew that tag team matches would be an incredible watch.

WWE can never recreate this.

Kinda Wild that Sting never Got to go back to his Early 90's FacePaint
like most legends get a chance to revisit their OG gimmick and Sting has def been paying homage to surfer sting since he joined the wolfpack way back when...but his look since 97 has been the crow or a variation of it. joker counts as a variation of crow imo. his whole face was covered in makeup.

Your Top 3 Memorable ROYAL RUMBLE Moments
With ROYAL RUMBLE 2024 drawing near, just wondering what are your top 3 most memorable RR moments?

Not talking about the best or your fave but something you fondly and/or will always remember.

1. Bulldog thought he threw HBK over the top rope, only to be eliminated.
2. Bushwhackee Luke
3. Cena 2008 return

Also, not a RR match itself but it happened during the PPV- Taker vs Yoko Casket match will always be a cool gimmick match for me. Was really excited and awed as a kid esp cuz I was a BIG zombie Taker fan.

Ice Train RIP-Choo Choo
The wrestling community mourns the loss of former WCW talent Harold Houge, AKA Ice Train. His longtime friend, Diamond Dallas Page, announced the unfortunate news this afternoon on Instagram. Page shared photos of them in the post and a heartfelt tribute to Houge. "It was so Sad to hear that one of my closest brothers is gone. Harold Houge, aka H, aka Ice Train, aka Smooth, was a warrior and one of the kindest people I’ve ever known," wrote Page.

Houge began his WCW career in 1993, pushed by the company as a powerhouse "babyface." He would appear on WCW Worldwide and Saturday Night, winning dominantly. In a short period of time, he would make his pay-per-view debut, defeating Shanghai Pierce swiftly at WCW Fall Brawl on September 9, 1993. Two months after his PPV debut, he also found himself in a WCW Tag Team Championship opportunity with Ron Simmons against The Nasty Boys. Although Houge and Simmons would lose, Houge displayed his power and had the crowd behind him.

Unfortunately, he was unable to continue the momentum heading into 1994. He suffered his first singles loss to Simmons at WCW Clash Of The Champions on January 27, 1994. Houge's next big run in the company would happen when he began to team with Scott Norton as Fire and Ice in early to mid-1996. In mid-2000, Hogue was again pushed into the spotlight as he became a member of The New Blood faction, who feuded with the Millionaire's Club. Hogue was renamed "M. I. Smooth" and served as Commissioner Ernest Miller's personal limo driver

Is MJF too small for wwe?
Great on the mic and far better as a heel.

But would he do well in wwe? He’s 5’8”

Even Punk is 6’1”
