For every one video of Dorian Yates, I can show you a video of Ronnie Coleman, Lee, Priest, Jay Cutler, and 100 other bodybuilders who trained with 20+ sets every week.

Also, I’m not trying to be or look like Dorian Yates (or any other pro bodybuilder). I’ve been lifting weights for 30 years, I have all the muscle I’m ever going to have.

I’m not trying to build muscle, and it wouldn’t work anyway. I’ve been in a calorie deficit for 80 days. LMAO. I’m just trying to keep what I’ve got while losing fat.

And a 43-year-old man training to failure every set is a recipe for injury anyway.

And by the way, I saw your training video. You don’t look like you think you do. And you’re not strong. And you’re not intense.

I didn’t even say I had maximized my natural potential. I said I’m a 43-year-old man who’s been lifting weights since I was a teenager. I’m also in a calorie deficit, losing significant amounts of weight. My testosterone is lower than it used to be. And at my age and experience level, without hormone replacement therapy, I’m not adding any new muscle. If you know anything about lifting weights (besides what you’ve seen in Mike Mentzer and Dorian Yates videos) then you know I will not be gaining muscle.

you said you had all the muscle you’re ever going to have, you’ve got room for improvement. Obviously you’re not going to gain muscle in a cut but I’m talking afterwards. And you should be lifting hard on a cut to maintain the muscle. Not doing some high volume BS

I researched it extensively before I bought it because it’s not exactly legal.

But it is easy enough to get a hold of, and it definitely works. There there solid research indicating that it can help heal soft tissue injuries quickly. And there’s a lot of people on Reddit who have taken it and had good success too. Not that I’m a Reddit person, but when you Google it, a lot of Reddit threads come up.

I bought it because of tendinitis in my left arm, and it’s almost completely gone now after a few weeks. Maybe completely gone.
