For every one video of Dorian Yates, I can show you a video of Ronnie Coleman, Lee, Priest, Jay Cutler, and 100 other bodybuilders who trained with 20+ sets every week.
Also, I’m not trying to be or look like Dorian Yates (or any other pro bodybuilder). I’ve been lifting weights for 30 years, I have all the muscle I’m ever going to have.
I’m not trying to build muscle, and it wouldn’t work anyway. I’ve been in a calorie deficit for 80 days. LMAO. I’m just trying to keep what I’ve got while losing fat.
And a 43-year-old man training to failure every set is a recipe for injury anyway.
And by the way, I saw your training video. You don’t look like you think you do. And you’re not strong. And you’re not intense.

But it is easy enough to get a hold of, and it definitely works. There there solid research indicating that it can help heal soft tissue injuries quickly. And there’s a lot of people on Reddit who have taken it and had good success too. Not that I’m a Reddit person, but when you Google it, a lot of Reddit threads come up.
I bought it because of tendinitis in my left arm, and it’s almost completely gone now after a few weeks. Maybe completely gone.
