Just LOL if you're trying to cut and not doing 1 meal a day

drink coffee in morning, kills your appetite. Work out on empty stomach - eat 1 meal a day

3-4 months later, you got six pack abs. 1 meal a day also forces you to not snack and to forget about food

Yeah that works if you're some ecto kunt who has no appetite to begin with - news flash to you, but people who have naturally hold more fat do so for a fkn reason and not because they like being chubby.

Also that's stupid - you should always space your protein out throughout the day to give your body a consistent supply of amino acids, especially if you're a weight lifter. This is fitness nutrition 101.

Oh yeah and are you puffing on m3th throughout the day? Your approach to dieting is beyond retarded and you're going to balloon back to 260 lbs as soon as you slip up even slightly. The human body has checks and balances in place to maintain a certain level of body fat, etc. 95% of people will YoYo up and down and get sick if they take your advice.

I feel ok all day not eating - I drink couple cups of coffee a day. It focuses me to not eat and not snack

95% of people fail at dieting because they eat too much obviously. One meal a day and no snacking forces you to take your mind off food 100% cause you can only eat once a day

I'm seeing huge results on it

You might be seeing good results, but your approach to dieting is unsustainable. A person should have at least 3 meals, but more like 4. Each around 600 calories. If they are prone to gaining fat, they should always feel a bit hungry to ensure they are not overeating. Protein needs to be high in all meals and spread across the day evenly.

there is zero proof that 3-4 meals a day is more efficient for your body than 1 big meal a day

the odds of fatties being able to eat 3-4 small meals and not overeat and not snack is 0% chance. That's why almost all fatties fail at dieting. 1 meal a day forces you to take your mind off food. It's actually somewhat of a treatment for food addiction

I eat like 1500 calories a day. I'm losing 3 lbs a week

The optimal diet is going to vary by individual, our bodies arent designed to all respond equally to the same things. But obviously if this is what works for you, go with it.

People need to listen to their own bodies, not "rules" they read on the innanets.

Just because you were fat doesnt mean everyone who was fat will respond best to this.

Hippos and whales are related and have completely different diets.

But again if it's working for you, thats great.

The fact that you're even arguing this point shows your lack of knowledge. Sure if you have BBC genetics you can eat KFC once aa day and become jacked, but that doesn't work for regular people.

They have done studies on meal timing and there's zero proof that 6 meals a day is more efficient than 1

I eat one big very high protein meal a day to cut weight

More power to those that can get by with one meal a day. I can do that for a couple times a week but if I fast with one meal a day I quickly find myself feeling to weak.

how active are you OP? I'm not talking about one 30 minutes cardio/weights session per day and then sedentary rest of day, I'm talking about movement throughout the day? Like Standing, Walking, Stretching, Greasing the Groove, this kind of activity

It all depends on your genes though. You can go on a strict diet and your body will happily let go of any muscle you have and keep all the fat as much as possible in the expectation that starvation is to follow. I think it's best to keep it simple; with your starting point being RMR, a moderate decrease in calories (say 300-500 calories) with increased physical activity will see healthy and long-lasting results in 6-12 months.
