Which city would be it?
Assume you like history,museums, arts, and non-racist people (to Indians) as well has good photography spot.
Time: fall/head end of winter.

i dunno. I'd say Tampa. not expensive has everything you'd want. a short drive to beaches. lots of wildlife. went running on a trail once and there was a very large alligator laying across the trail soaking up the sun. it was kinda cool. it was about 8ft long.
