So hungry boyos

Skipped meal one today, just had my green superfood drink instead.

Gonna have a nice meal of bacon, eggs, fried potatoes and fried mushrooms by 7:00 pm.

On non lifting days I'm gonna start skipping meal one and just have 2 meals on those days.

I'm not very active, if I had a manual labour job I could do that no problem, I also don't want to do multiple hours of cardio everyday, I know what I'm good at.

Even if I lost 40 lbs I would still be fat, the goal is 90.

OP would having a glass of apple juice be counterproductive to your cause . It really helps me when I feel hyperglycaemia,but the sugar may not be helping regardless if it’s natural or not. Dunno

I avoid fruit juices… Sometimes I'll have an orange or some berries.

Ya I was afraid of that . I like orange juice and apple juice for my shakes or when I need a boost . Although it says unsweetened, there’s a lot of natural sugar or glucose or whatever the fk it is .
Maybe it’s not helping ,but since I quit drinking my gut has certainly shrunk.

I’m unemployed right now so I don’t need a lot of calories. I’m eating one meal a day and having a shake as a meal replacement, that’s why I was interested in your greens .
I use milk plus juice if I have any ,meat based protein powder , chi seeds , hemp seeds, frozen mixed berries and that green stuff that you recommended now.’
So today I had sushi at Edos Japan,so for supper it will be a shake .
Yesterday I had the shake for breakfast and made a smash burger for supper

Should be able to lose that in 4-6 months srs

This was 20 bucks, 20 servings, 4 grams of fiber and 40 calories, real food is probably better, if you have the funds to spare this won't hurt, also have some other powders coming tomorrow I'll post pics of.

Nope, my appetite is quite controllable, the first 10 days or so was hard but after that it just seems to get easier, some people I know think ozempic is some magic fat burning pill and I tell them just eat less.
