So hungry boyos
Skipped meal one today, just had my green superfood drink instead.
Gonna have a nice meal of bacon, eggs, fried potatoes and fried mushrooms by 7:00 pm.
On non lifting days I'm gonna start skipping meal one and just have 2 meals on those days.

OP would having a glass of apple juice be counterproductive to your cause . It really helps me when I feel hyperglycaemia,but the sugar may not be helping regardless if it’s natural or not. Dunno

Buy sugar free jello, it's like 5 cals per serving and it will fill your stomach.
