He did refuse an extension at the beginning of the year. If he stays Carolina will have to dig deep in that wallet.

I feel like the way this game played out was for the best.

Defense got sloppy after the whole Norman/OBJ thing and their anguses were thoroughly tenderized. Any team with a good QB (AKA all playoff teams) can do exactly what the Giants did if they let some bull**** petty fighting distract them. This defense being unable to protect a 28 point lead is unacceptable, so hopefully Rivera fukking tears them a new ******* for that.

Had they coasted into the playoffs without having to really overcome anything… Idk brahs. I just think Cam having to clutch a close win when ALL momentum was on the other side is better than if we had blown them out. Helped prepare them for the playoffs when it's damn near guaranteed Cam will need to clutch some late game drives.

They won't be up 35-7 in the playoffs. They coast way too much in regular season wins. I doubt it happens in the playoffs.

I'm more concerned they do something similar with a 14 point lead.

I dunno brah, Norman plays a lot more than he did last year. He probably didn't want to sit like he did the majority of last year.

He said in an interview that he felt like he was going to have a big year and didn't want to fk himself out of money.

I agree with the sentiment on CAP. He struggled reading the line and finding the right hole to run through. But, he's young. I was down on Fun Fun at the beginning of the season too, and he's certainly come around with more playing time so I'll reserve judgment. At least he's not as bad as Kenjon Barner was.

In regards to Norman next season, he was born in SC and attended Coastal Carolina. I think his little brother also plays there. Hopefully, home is where the heart is.

So I want to make sure this is on record….we could lose against the Seahawks in the divisional round and I'd be missed we didn't get to the SB, but I'd still be thrilled with this year. Cam has made THE LEAP and well be SB contenders every year for a while. I'm pumped for that.

But I want it this year.

Ehhh. Unless the tickets were a gift (and even then..) I have no interest in attending a NFL game in person.

The experience at home is just a million times better.
- HD views of everything. Replays being the main draw.
- fast-forward through commercial breaks
- not paying $20 for a beer and a hotdog
- no loud as **** sloppy drunks everywhere
- being able to follow other games during breaks/etc.
- again: $$$$. Fukk everything being so damn overpriced.

With TV quality being what it is nowadays - the home experience trumps the stadium experience, and it's not even close IMO.

College sports is pretty much the exact opposite, though. Lol I can't watch CFB on TV but I try to attend every game I possibly can because it's -always- a fukking blast. And that's with my college being pretty fukking irrelevant in the grand scheme of things (ODU).

I been to a few panthers games but it was in reg season so it wasn't crazy. But I had a good time. For sure it doesn't compare to college though.

I wouldn't mind dressing out to hit up a playoff game though for the experience. And nothing beats Carolina tailgating in the pros and college games
