Dhawkeye has a point in asking what everyone expected the cops on the ground to do. It seems decisions out of the cops on the ground's hands were what fukked this up. The cops on the ground didn't get to decide where to stop the truck, nor when to rush, but when they rushed, obviously they needed cover. Clusterfuk, but you're in a group of 20 guys, you going be the one guy thats like " hey let's stop and think about this first, hold on guys" and huddle up or what?

They need to start locking cops up period and restitution should be paid through police unions not public tax funds. Police shouldn't be allowed to "investigate" their own crimes a separate tax funded public investigation should occur with a direct incentive to punish those who phucked up not give them paid vacations courtesy of john q citizen and his taxes.
