I don't tip period. Good or bad service. It's what I pay the bill for.
Survival. When the jungle tears itself down and builds itself into something new. Guys like you and me, we end up dead. Doesn’t really mean anything. Or, if we happen to live through it, well that doesn’t mean anything either.

The bill paid for the building lease, utilities, supplies, your food, the dishwashers, the bus boys, the cook, and other materials. The hourly wage and tip covers the lite servant they gave you for 45 minutes.

Well whenever they're waiting on like 15 tables the only assurance that they'll continue to assist you with your needs in a prompt and fast manner is the hope for a decent tip. If they take 15 minutes to get to you every time you need something like a drink refill then don't leave a good tip, simple as that. But if they're prompt and courteous to your needs and provide a good experience then leave a good tip you cheap ass.

We don't tip in my country. Workers get paid their full wages by the restaurant/bar.

Service is decent, there's no wondering how much we should pay. We just pay what's on the bill and that's that.

Pretty logical + consistent if you ask me.

You want to stand in line at a serving counter for your food?

People act like an organized serving staff isn't responsible for the flow of hot food to every table and no just their own.

There is more to keeping a busy dining room flowing than walking food ten feet to your table.

There are buffet for folks that don't think a wait staff is important. Go there you cheapskates.
The closer we approach the uncertainty of life's ending the more we wish to trade all of the things we have acquired in exchange for all of the things we have lost: wealth for youth, knowledge for fresh curiosity, resignation for hope. We'd trade our wisdom for new experiences, but it is wisdom that will teach us that at the end of the road the only new experience is death.

her realistic options are fuk around with her phone or stare at the fuking wall.

hope you're a troll but i'm giving a srs reply giving you the benefit of the doubt that you're actually just a retard

I'm trying to see if OP is just cheap in this specific instance, or cheap everywhere. You wouldn't believe the amount of people who don't tip tattoo artists..

Time for a poverty neg you dumb motherfuker. Look up how much servers make per hour. Then think about times when the place is dead and they are just waiting for customers to show up so they can earn some money. You are severely lacking in tact and manners. Go fuk yourself.

Keep this up boyo, and go back to the same places where you stiffed them. They will fuk with your food.

Naw, I'll always be down to tip tattoo artists. Yes, if you're dropping $1500 on a sleeve they are going to be happy just to have your (substantial) business.

Consider how many of their tattoos are a teenager wanting a butterfly or some chit. A lot of them are paying for their own needles, ink, etc and have to pay for their spot at the shop. Yes, a 20% tip on a $60 butterfly isn't going to kill anyone. I understand not wanting to tip 20% on a $1500 sleeve.

I also appreciate the time they take collaborating or bouncing ideas back and forth to plan out a piece, which a lot of them don't charge for.

Obviously the best thing you can do for an artist is giving referrals and mentioning their shop when people ask about your tattoo, but I have no problem tipping someone for good service.

My boyfriend is British. Tipping is new to him but he does it anyway because he's not a cheap, rude, petty phuck.

Would dry me up faster than a blow dryer on high if he were rude to servers. Chit that like indicates character and I'm dead serious.

Where I live, people are srsly getting like $9.25/hr before tips. The price of food here is ridiculous, and honestly, I tip as little as possible. I eat at a deli sometimes where they don't even make anything freshly for you. They literally smile at you and ring you up. Why should I tip them anything?

i'd be pissed too. that's what poverty guys do to save a few bucks.

We tip so we get good service. Think McDonalds employees will come to your table and ask if you need anything?

have fun being single soon when Chad ,who tips 20% and doesn't care, enters the picture.

Yeah the beer comment was the give away. Brother used to tend bar. Good luck getting a second beer at a busy bar if you don't tip.

Most people don't tip for counter service at a sandwich shop. I usually don't tip coffee, and wouldn't unless I had some multi-beverage PITA order for an office or something.

Well in the states the Federal minimum wage for servers is $2.13 per hour. The employer is supposed to make up the difference if the tips fall short of standard minimum wage, but often that doesn't happen.

If I plan on going back to a restaurant I tip, and I tip well. In my experience, the servers remember me, and always hook me up.
When it comes your time to die, be not like those whose hearts are filled with the fear of death, so that when their time comes they weep and pray for a little more time to live their lives over again in a different way. Sing your death song and die like a hero going home.

Says to get a real job but cannot afford to tip. Take your own advice and get a real job then so you don't have to continue being so poor that your partner has to cover you. You probably asked if they take food stamps before you broke down and swiped the credit card you can't afford to make payments on. Just lol.
