Before I took a break for a month to travel alone, being in the best shape of my life and lifting every day: 6'5-7/10.
After the break, realizing there's more to life, lifting three times a week, having lost a bit of muscle and gained a tiny bit of fat: 9/10.
The more your life revolves around lifting and the more insecure you are, the more inadequate you feel about your body.
I'm not saying that everyone that lifts and is shredded or very fit is insecure, just that that's what happened to me.

7/10 now that my gyno is gone. Now I just need to get back to my old weight and old strength.
I have always wanted to become a tampon. My dream is to be inserted into a woman's chamber of love and absorb her lady juices.

I think with bodybuilding we'll never be happy, not 100% anyway. But that's the beauty of it, it keeps us working hard.

I'm infected by something that leaves me full of scars, I've seen 6 derms now and cannot find a solution, it's like painful red bumps that keep appearing on my body and leaving a scar forever when they heal.
I also live in a third world country which doesn't help to resolve the problem, don't know if it will ever stop and if it does one day I will still live with scars.
I stopped working out for months now ... I'm depressed tbh , never said this to anyone.
Have a good day brahs

I'm not big enough. Can't have abs and be big at the same time without technology. I'm 5'10 and my ideal weight would be 190-200 with abs.

Eh the only thing I don't like about my body can't be changed.
Ex wish I was a few inches taller.
Other than that I have great insertions, symmetry, balance, proportion as per how I want to look.

4/10 not working out.
Want wider clavicles. When I put on a decent amount of muscle like 6-7/10.

I'd rather really like to gain about 15 pounds. I don't like how I look during the bulk so I stop and then it all drops within a week. I've been trying to get to 185 for over a year.

Goal is to reach 1/2/3/4 plates before 2019 @ ~165 lbs.

7/10, enough to know I look good cause of face, but conscious enough of slight man boobs and beer belly. Been bulking for 1.5 years without counting calls and heaps of alcohol. Pretty happy overall thanks to my face otherwise I'd be fukked.

Now? I'm pretty happy with my body overall. I work my ass off and that's all I can do. I'm not thrilled with my arms due to over a year off of upper body because of injury/surgery but I'm working hard to get them to where they were. Can't do much more than try.

I have body dysmorphia. All i do is look at my flaws instead of the positives. Positives are i'm 6'2 with wide shoulders and decent chest, so i look big at a glance. But then i look at my arms and lol.

Prob 8/10. I only weight about 170-175 right now, but been told I look a lot bigger in person which is good because I was a skinny kid after highschool (lost weight due to depression). Strongest I've ever been, and looking the best I ever have.
Always been into the gym, but best thing I did was about a year ago to focus more on diet and hitting legs 2X a week and it really improved everything.
